Work through the proposed scope, quotation and scheduling before confirming arrangements.

Before you arrive

A few useful details.

Can you accommodate my yacht?

Send your vessel’s length, beam, draft and displacement, together with any lift or access constraints. The team will assess suitability and availability for the proposed works. Published facility dimensions are not a vessel acceptance guarantee.

Which works can I discuss with the team?

Enquire about maintenance, refit, painting, engineering, electrical work, fabrication, shipwright services and interior fit-out. The scope will determine the combination of TYB, onsite tenant and partner services.

What should I include in my first enquiry?

Your vessel name, preferred dates and a short description of the work are enough to start. Include available specifications and any survey deadlines. The team can request drawings or a detailed work list as the discussion develops.

Can I enquire before my schedule is final?

Yes. Share your preferred arrival window and what is still being decided. Dates, berth or shed allocation and pricing are subject to confirmation.
