Purpose built refit, repair and project sheds, up to 90m in length and 25m in height, accessing 4 x 10T overhead cranes, multiple high amp power outlets, advanced fire monitoring systems, ventilation, lighting, controlled access, overhead gantry cranes, private storage areas, and office space.
Multiple workshops that are home to a variety of tenants, catering to all aspects of ship refit and repair. Such as fabrication, construction engineering, commercial divers, tug and barge operators, propulsion specialists, traditional shipwrights and more.
Our blasting bays are customized for all sandblasting and coating activities.
Our office space includes comfortable boardrooms and crew areas that are available for short or long term periods.
With over 30,000 m² of hardstand, lay down, and assembly area, this purpose-built and high capacity facility allows for roll on roll off, break bulk cargo loading, crane – on/off and pre-assembly works to take place.
The Yard Brisbane offers deep water marina ship berthing for vessels from 6 to 60 m. Shore power supply ranges from 10, 32, 64 or 125 amps.
The Yard Brisbane’s work ship berthing is ideal for in water works, pre and post haul out berthing, and can cater to bunkering and sewage pump-out.
Our hardstand area features over 24,000 m² of sealed hardstand rated at 1,000T and a further 75,000 m² of unsealed hardstand ideal for project work or lay down area.
